Executive Director & CEO
Dan Manetta is the Executive Director and CEO of the Innovative Manufacturers’ Center.
As Executive Director of IMC, Dan manages a team of business consultants that work with regional manufacturers to help them grow revenues, improve processes and develop core competencies. As a professional educator, Dan teaches leadership, management, strategic planning, accounting and other related topics for businesses and non-profits.
Dan is an entrepreneur having owned a private consulting practice and businesses in commercial printing, publishing and tutoring. Dan was Vice President and Director of Corporate Education for Citizen’s & Northern Bank, Procurement Team Manager and Training Manager for Lycoming Engines, Center Director for Huntington Learning Center and Captain & Team Commander in NATO Forces Europe.
Dan holds a Master of Business Education from Bloomsburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University. He also has formal education in military and civilian leadership, enterprise transformation, process mapping, lean manufacturing, quality assurance systems, banking and organization development. He has been recognized for outstanding performance and is the recipient of various awards for achievement.
Dan sits on several advisor boards for mostly Christian related ministries and is a published author, program developer and frequent speaker. Dan lives is active in Saint John’s Newberry United Methodist Church where he teaches leadership and strategic planning.
