The afternoon workshop is designed to provide participants with an understanding of the principles and techniques to implement and manage a 5S Workplace Organization System.
The workshop includes step by step instructions on how to Sort (including Red Tag), Set in Order (including Visual Management), Shine, Standardize and Sustain. You will also learn the importance of stakeholder involvement in implementing a 5S system.
