Export controls and compliance with the various U.S. regulations has long been a complex issue for exporters. Determining agency jurisdiction and classification under the appropriate regulations is difficult and requires a comprehensive understanding of the regulations.

This program will provide an overview of the basics of export compliance and what an export needs to know to be compliant. It provides a first step towards compliance and focuses on some key issues.
