Mr. Kratz is the president of the Pennsylvania Chemical Industry Council (PCIC), the statewide business organization representing the commonwealth’s chemical industry. Kratz brings more than 15 years of political, advocacy and economic development marketing experience to PCIC, with an extensive background in advancing projects, policies and initiatives, and leading diverse coalitions.
