Introduction to Project Management

(3-Hr, in-person, Williamsport, PA)

This program starts in:

Manufacturers manage projects every day—equipment installations, process improvements, facility upgrades, quality initiatives, new product launches—yet many struggle with missed deadlines, unclear responsibilities, and shifting priorities. This course provides a practical introduction to project management fundamentals, tailored specifically for manufacturing environments.

IMC’s Introduction to Project Management in Manufacturing equips participants with a structured, easy-to-understand framework for planning and managing projects more effectively. Rather than focusing on complex theory or certification-driven language, this course emphasizes real-world application—helping manufacturing teams better define project goals, coordinate resources, communicate clearly, and deliver results.
