Lean for Executives

October 1, 2014 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Do you want to make more money?  Increase the value of your business? Are your customers requiring lean improvements?  Are your competitors making improvements in quality, cost and delivery faster than you?

Many times companies wonder whether or not to implement Lean Manufacturing.  This program explains in detail what lean can do for your business, the challenges you can expect to encounter on your journey, what lean manufacturing really means and what your specific role should be.  This is a very interactive program that includes two simulations, one to better understand the cash flow and financial statement implications and one to experience how to identify waste in a process and then how to implement many of the lean tools in order to eliminate waste.

Specifically, this program covers:

  • A brief review of lean manufacturing
  • Why lean manufacturing is important to you and your business
  • A demonstration of how your cash flow and financial statements can be greatly improved
  • Your role in a lean manufacturing implementation
  • Recommendations on where and how to start your lean journey

The program will conclude with a round-table discussion to decide if lean manufacturing is right for your company and develop a game plan to start the journey.
