Dr. Carolyn J. Trigg | Director, Client Operations | Premise Health

With more than 20 years of progressive expertise in leadership and problem solving, Carolyn identifies specific areas of risk across diverse and challenging industries in occupational health. Currently, her specific responsibilities center around two clients – Nissan North America and Ashley Furniture.  In previous roles with Premise Health, Carolyn was known for identifying and capitalizing on way to improve operational efficiency, performance, cost-effectiveness and profitability. She prides herself on delivering high quality professional advice and exceptional customer service to her clients.

Carolyn holds a doctorate in management with an emphasis on project management and health care administration from Colorado Technical University, a master’s degree in business administration from Belhaven University, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Jackson State University.


Kevin Richards | EH&S Director | ProcessMAP Corporation

Joining ProcessMAP Corporation in 2017 following a successful career in corporate environmental health and safety, Kevin utilizes his expertise to support the system development team in their effort to provide best-in-class software tools for ProcessMAP customers.

Kevin also supports the implementation team in preparing requirement documentation for customers along with the business intelligence team in refining products and solutions to meet customer requirements. He also provides EHS training to ProcessMAP’s technical support team. His experience across a wide variety of industries helps him to better understand the customer’s requirements and allows him to act as a customer champion during the entire life cycle with ProcessMAP.  Kevin received his B.S in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
