TPM Training: Approaching Zero Equipment Stoppages

During a two-day hands-on workshop, you will learn the equipment related techniques for a successful and sustainable TPM program.

The workshop focused on four TPM phases:

  1. Stabilizing failure intervals
  2. Improving equipment productivity
  3. Maintenance excellence
  4. Predicting equipment life

Specific team exercises pertaining to the training will occur throughout the two days with TPM worksheets and forms included in your participant manual.

Instructor: John Kravontka, CMRP, CMRT, and President of Fuss & O’Neill Manufacturing Solutions. John helps clients improve the reliability of their manufacturing equipment; he understands what it takes to move a maintenance organization from reactive to proactive. Licensed as a certified maintenance and reliability professional, John draws from over 35 years of experience to provide businesses with immediate and sustained results. He loves the “light bulb” moment when a client recognizes how a new concept can really help their company’s bottom line.

The cost of this training will be $440 per attendee, but 2 or more attendees will be discounted to $400 each.
