IMC currently has an opening for a dynamic individual to lead our accounting operations and serve as a meticulous, high-integrity self-starter, who will successfully navigate and adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines with state and federal programs as well as provide accounting oversight for revenue sources.
The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for managing IMC accounting functions and contract processes, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines, and developing, administering, and reporting on annual budgets and program activity for IMC and its state and federal programs. This person will develop monthly and/or quarterly financial grant reports for management, the Board of Directors, and program sponsors. Other responsibilities will include scheduling annual IMC and grant close-out audits with external auditors and representing management to support audit processes.
