The Value Stream Mapping exercise conducted by the IMC enabled us to visually see the overall production process and the areas we needed to target for improvement. Without this process, QCast may not have identified the key areas needed to meet our overall objectives. We look forward to continuing to work with the IMC in the future.

“We were able to drastically increase efficiencies on our production lines. The fallout from covid and the current state of the economy are the only reasons we are not experiencing the full benefits from this project. We were able to take our production from 22000 gallons per day to 32000 gallons per day. We have seen that fall back slightly due to employee turnover and staffing issues but are still able to produce 28000-30000 gallons per day regularly. We continue to use the skills to be more preventative instead of reactive. The owner has invested a great deal into the company in equipment to increase efficiencies. I do not think that would have happened without the valuable tools and information gained through the IMC team.”
