I can’t say enough positive things about The Learning Factory, and I am thankful for the connection that IMC so proactively made. Lumax received an excellent design and prototype, and we hope that we provided the students with a meaningful, empowering experience as they embark on their careers. I’d recommend this sort of collaboration to any of my professional colleagues.

This project has really taken the whole idea of adding a retail store to our manufacturing business and launched it in such a fast and efficient manner. IMC has been there right alongside us, supporting us, the whole time.

The Lean Cert Users group has been great for our area. The networking and input has tremendous impact. IMC does a great job getting the discussion going on what’s working and what’s not. Every time I hear other companies working through their Lean journey, I pick up on another Lean idea.

Over the course of the last several years, we have sent the majority of our management staff through lean manufacturing programs presented by IMC. As in organization that prides itself on continuous improvement, these workshops give our team the tools it needs to create long-term, increased success. It’s our hope, and plan to continue to educate all of our employees by these means.

It has been my pleasure working with IMC on our Lean training. IMC has done exceptional work accommodating about 175 Lycoming Engines employees, cross payroll, from every job description, every corner of our facility, on all 3 of our shifts, to help each person understand how Lean can help them no matter their role. VERY nicely done.
