Donita Rudy served as President and CEO of Omega Bank, has held manufacturing CEO positions and is currently a Principal with Compass Advisory Partners and a Consultant with the Pennsylvania’s Strategic Early Warning Network (SEWN). She’s completed large acquisitions, created joint venture partnerships and is both a Certified Turnaround Professional and Certified Lean Practitioner. Her deep financial and business expertise along with manufacturing and lean/continuous improvement experience have allowed Donita to take a strategic financials-first and data-driven approach that aligns key financial metrics, operational opportunities and CI efforts to drive improvements and yield rapid and sustainable success.
