Manufacturer Return to Operations & Best Practices Guide
IMC’s Manufacturer Return to Operations & Best Practice Guide provides valuable insights for restarting your operations safely and efficiently and best practices in minimizing COVID-19 risks among your workforce. Thanks to our sister center NEPIRC for putting this guide together and for offering it to IMC and Central PA manufacturers!
Critical Supply List – Manufacturing Specs
The maker community has created an open-source compendium of manufacturing blueprints and specs for many of the critical items on state and hospital critical needs lists. The specs are housed in a Google doc that has a great deal of information and is a good source of manufacturing information for making hand sanitizer, examination gloves, negative pressure rooms, and much more. Click here for the full list of specs.
Supplier Scouting Services
IMC is partnering with the MEP National Network™ to connect U.S. manufacturers that have relevant production capabilities and capacities with other manufacturers – enabling them to fulfill current market and societal needs. We can then assist those manufacturers in actually delivering needed products. If your company is at risk of shutting down due to supplier unavailability, IMC and NIST MEP may be able to help. If your company is interested in potentially pivoting or retooling to be able to supply critically needed items, IMC and NIST MEP may be able to help. To learn more about the Suppler Scouting Services, contact IMC Business Advisor, Dana Gordon, danag@imcpa.com, 814.933.7828.
