By working cross-functionally with stakeholders, leadership, Data Engineers and Scientists she has been able to improve the availability, accuracy, presentation and storage of key business data. Ann drives operational insight into health and safety programs by translating complex data into easily usable and meaningful reports that demonstrate ROI and help leaders make crucial budget and strategic decisions around the safety and wellbeing of Suncor’s workforce. Prior to finding her passion for analytics, Ann worked in a variety of HR roles with her education in Business Administration.
