Reasonable suspicion training helps managers, supervisors and company leaders recognize the effects of alcohol and drug misuse in the workplace. It shows how to identify signs of substance abuse along with teaching how to make informed testing decisions without discrimination based on objective observation.
What should employers do if they suspect an employee is under the influence of drugs or alcohol at work? This class will present the steps management should take to properly execute and document situations under a drug and alcohol testing policy.

This training will provide a template for employers to follow on what they should do if there’s suspicion an employee is under the influence. Topics include receiving the complaint, observing the employee, documentation and more, along with sample scenarios.

His proficiency is further demonstrated through technical certifications in electrical safety, graphic arts, broadcast communications and community development. As Professional Safety Expert, he identifies hazards, implements safety policies, and conducts training to comply with regulations and promote a culture of safety. Brian investigates incidents, conducts safety audits, and collaborates with top management to continuously improve safety practices and reduce risks.
