He has worked with numerous companies across an array of industries in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, helping them to attract and retain talent. By emphasizing wellbeing and healthcare consumerism, Stuart has helped his clients lower their risk and reduce their overall healthcare spend.  He has successfully worked with clients to improve their employee engagement while keeping them compliant to the ever-changing industry regulations.  Stuart and his team have partnered with many manufacturing clients in Pennsylvania, and understands the unique challenges that the industry faces. Prior to CBIZ, Stuart was a Human Resources Consultant at Paychex.  During his tenure, he helped hundreds of small businesses in the areas of employee management, benefits and compliance.
