He brings deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, paired with a practical, hands-on approach that resonates with small and mid-sized manufacturers.
Prior to joining IMC, Brent served as an Operational Excellence Manager in the manufactured housing industry, where he led cross-functional initiatives across production, procurement, and compliance. Brent’s background also includes supply chain and materials management. Brent has a strong background in developing client relationships and a practical understanding of how operational decisions impact profitability and customer satisfaction.
As an IMC Business Advisor, Brent will be working with Central PA manufacturers to understand their unique challenges, and tailoring solutions that align people, processes, and technology. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a working awareness of Industry 4.0, IIoT, and cybersecurity trends, and is passionate about helping manufacturers bridge proven process-improvement methods with modern, data-driven tools.
