This program starts in:

Are you struggling to hold employees accountable without damaging morale? Are productivity, quality, or employee retention suffering because supervisors lack effective performance evaluation tools? Many small and medium-sized manufacturers face the challenge of balancing operational demands with workforce development. As skilled labor becomes harder to find and retain, organizations need practical ways to identify top performers, address performance gaps, and build a stronger workforce.

This webinar introduces ten proven tools that manufacturing leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals can use to evaluate employee performance more effectively. You’ll learn how to choose the right evaluation methods, reduce common rating errors and bias, and use performance data to support coaching, development, and better business results. Whether you’re building a performance management process from the ground up or strengthening an existing one, you’ll leave with practical ideas you can apply immediately.
