With over 20 years of business management experience, Dana is IMC’s go-to authority on business and manufacturing processes.
A skilled communicator, Dana pays close attention to clients’ needs. Taking their concerns into account, she developed a plan for a Lean Users Group and a Lean Certification Program. She has also developed a tool and process for registration of clients on the National Innovation Marketplace that has been shared with other IRCs as a best practice.
Dana is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Family Business Advisor and is a graduate of the Innovation Engineering Leadership Institute.
In her spare time, you can find Dana outdoors foraging for wild mushrooms.
