As IMC’s Manager of Outreach & Special Projects, Lauri Moon plays a vital role in strengthening Central Pennsylvania’s manufacturing community. She partners in the planning and execution of high-impact training programs, industry events, and leads outreach initiatives that connect manufacturers with the resources they need to grow and thrive.
Lauri oversees IMC’s communications and outreach efforts, from digital outreach and client engagement strategies to managing IMC’s website, e-news, and social media channels. She coordinates open enrollment training events, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful follow-up that helps manufacturers turn learning into action.
In addition, Lauri manages special initiatives such as Manufacturing Month activities and the Williamsport/Lycoming Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) program. She supports organizational operations and compliance, working closely with IMC’s leadership, business advisors, and partners across the region.
With a strong background in program management, outreach, and event coordination, Lauri brings both creativity and precision to her role. She is dedicated to building partnerships, fostering engagement, and ensuring IMC continues to deliver measurable impact for manufacturers across the region.
Outside of the IMC, Lauri serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Northcentral PA and she serves on the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Lycoming Curriculum Committee. Lauri has been recognized as one of Pennsylvania Business Central’s Top Nonprofit Female Leaders as well as Women Making a Difference!
